Auto-payment is processed every month on the same day as your initial payment.

If that date doesn't exist in a given month (e.g., February 29),

you'll be charged on the last day of the month (e.g., March 31).

For annual plans, you'll be charged once a year on the purchase date. The same rule applies—if the date doesn't exist, the charge will occur on the last day of the month.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Support Center, except on the billing day itself.

Even after cancellation, you'll continue to have access until your next billing date.

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

Prices may change in accordance with internal policy.

If your payment method has changed or there are insufficient funds, the payment may fail, and auto-payment may be canceled.

If you haven't used any coins after payment, you can request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

For annual plans (which include discounts), early cancellation will be refunded based on a prorated monthly rate at the regular price.

If more than 7 days have passed, or if any coins have been used, a partial refund will be issued based on the undiscounted rate.

Refunds or cancellations are processed within 3 business days of your request.

Refunds or cancellations may not be possible in the following cases:

• If you used free payment methods such as event rewards, coupons, or compensation coins
• If you used all the paid service credits received after purchase
• If the cancellation period for your payment method has expired

If the buyer is under 20 years old, a legal guardian can request a refund.

However, if the payment was made using an account or card under an adult's name, the cancellation may not be allowed.

Coins are calculated and deducted when you start creating a short-form project.

• The project creation cost depends on factors such as uploaded video length, number of images, selected analysis option, and voice option.
• If you trim a video, the amount may be recalculated based on the video length actually used for creation.
• If you run additional AI features inside a project, such as voice generation, extra coins may be deducted when that feature is used.
• If an error occurs during analysis or generation, the deducted coins may be restored automatically.
